What are the limits of high frequency-low intensity?

How much progress can one make with just a little done a lot?

You feel so good when you do a few strenuous reps; a little physical exertion boosts your mood and stabilizes your energy. The key is to live in the sweet spot.

Think of it like this: one cup of coffee consumed quickly revs you up — then later you crash. A few sips over time keeps you going just above baseline.

Long hard workouts have a price (time and fatigue among them). At at this time and place, when home is the best place to be, it’s worth it to experiment. Early returns are good. See if you can keep it up.
