The triumvirate of good health.

Of these, easily the most important is sleep.

Of course, each one influences the other two — you aren’t going to sleep well if you eat trash and/or you stay sedentary — but without solid sleep you have little chance to avoid bad foods and you are less inclined to move.

What’s more, sans sleep you will not write long enough or read deeply enough to be you.

Sleep: an essential element of you.
